Joshua Jackson serves as the Managing Director for ZRG’s Interim Solutions practice, bringing a rich tapestry of experience and expertise to the role. Based in Chicago's lively River North neighborhood, Josh is known for his strong interpersonal skills, warm personality, and robust work ethic. His ability to build authentic team chemistry and bring teams together in support of client priorities is highly regarded.
Josh’s career journey is marked by significant roles in prominent organizations. Most recently, he was a Director at The Siegfried Group. In this capacity, he worked closely with Private Equity, Asset Management, Media, and Technology sectors, and also supported clients in the Pharmaceutical, Energy, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Consumer Goods industries. His professional path has taken him to major cities like Los Angeles, Dallas, Toronto, and New York City, and has afforded him the opportunity to live abroad in places such as Kaohsiung, Taiwan; Budapest, Hungary; Belgrade, Serbia; and Timisoara, Romania. His early career includes significant roles at PwC and BDO Canada, where he honed his skills in audit and assurance, as well as corporate financial recovery services.
Josh holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation from Canada, and an Honors BA in Psychology from York University. His educational background has provided him with a solid foundation in both accounting and psychology, contributing to his comprehensive approach to talent acquisition and management.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Josh has a variety of interests. He enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), golf, and spending quality time with his wife, Jaqueline, and their Doberman, Kublai. In 2020, Josh established the Susan Jean Jackson Foundation, inspired by, and named after his mother, to help provide care and support to women and children in shelters and those seeking refuge from abuse. A passionate traveler, Josh has explored many cities and lived abroad in several countries. He also loves delving into historical fiction and philosophy books, which complement his diverse and enriching lifestyle.
