John Scheidt
Managing Director
John serves as a Managing Director within ZRG’s Industrial Practice in Chicago. He has driven success at all levels from plant manager to CEO across the Industrial space for publicly traded, private equity-backed, and closely held businesses.
John specializes in the recruitment of P&L leaders, including Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, and General Managers. He also has a strong focus on Manufacturing Operations roles, including Director/VP Operations, Plant Managers, Supply Chain Leadership, and Continuous Improvement roles.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College (IL) in Business/Economics and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. He is currently working toward APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
