Joe Cote is a Managing Director at ZRG’s Embedded Recruiting/RPO division. Joe started as a talent acquisition specialist for several Boston tech startups, including AppNeta and Mendix.
As a Managing Director at ZRG’s Embedded Recruiting division over the last five years, Joe has been responsible for new business development and has closed 75+ new logos, including Airbnb, Mastercard, Toast, Affirm, and Policygenius. His specialty is building large recruiting teams for growth stage companies.
Joe graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a double major in Marketing/Creative Writing.
Joe resides in New England with his wife and three dogs. He has a passion for fitness, playing guitar, and anything related to outdoor activities including motorsports, hiking, and snowboarding. Real estate investing is also a hobby and a passion.
