Jodi is the Practice Leader of Bravanti’s Leadership Acceleration arm of the organization and is a certified executive coach and performance consultant. Her expertise is in strategy development, team performance, and change management. In her role with Bravanti, she leverages her personal experience as a successful strategist, market executive, and human resource professional to help clients develop leadership talent, create high-performing teams, and meet their business objectives.
In her previous role, she was an authentic and results-driven leader in the financial services industry for over 30 years, beginning in human resources with First Union Bank, now Wells Fargo. Her career has been marked by her unique ability to lead strategic change and initiatives in a horizontal capacity across vertically aligned businesses.
As a change agent within organizations, Jodi designed and led a center of excellence supporting multiple product lines through marketing, training and development, communications, and internal consulting. She has a demonstrated ability to build sales and service cultures, interconnecting the two disciplines, resulting in positive employee and customer experiences as well as positive balance sheet outcomes.
Jodi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Winthrop University. She is a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
