Job Holtrigter is Managing Director Benelux of ZRG Partners, one of the fastest-growing global talent advisory firms in the industry. Job has devoted his entire career to building brands in the expertise of international executive search and recruitment, and he has developed an extensive network of talent within the industry, retail, and consumer sectors worldwide. Those in his talent network have experience working within highly complex global organizations in senior leadership positions which require both change and transformation.

Job believes that success professionally depends on more than having the right “hard” skill set and an excellent resume – it all depends on being able to understand and feel the complexity of people’s behavior in an ever-changing environment. Therefore, the expertise called executive search is so much more than juggling resumes and profiles. Job understands the complexity of professional environments and the importance of matching the right behavioral attitude and skill set to the needs of his clients.

He most recently served as the Director Benelux (and shareholder) for Nigel Wright Group. Through his career, he has placed senior and executive-level leaders in various industries, including FMCG, Hospitality, Consumer Health, Health Care, Retail, Automotive, Telecommunications, ICT, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Mining & Metals, Power & Utilities, Real Estate, and Technology.

Job earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.

In his free time, Job spends time with his family. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys golf, tennis, and boxing.
