For over 15 years, Jo has utilised her proficiency in culture transformation, change management, employee experience, communications, and engagement, acquired from both in-house and consulting roles.
Jo has a passion for aiding organisations in creating and sustaining shifts in their culture to maximize performance. Her understanding of shaping and embedding organizational culture is profound, allowing her to work alongside senior leaders effectively to shift behaviors and build powerful networks to drive change.
An inclusive and highly collaborative leader, Jo quickly builds trust and credibility with teams and individuals. As a 1:1 coach, she harnesses the power of individual change and personal transformation, promoting the importance of creating space in a busy world.
Jo has extensive experience working with teams and leaders across a multitude of sectors, such as pharmaceuticals and healthcare, financial and professional services, technology, public services, and charities.
