Jess Carling joined Walter James, a ZRG Company, as Consultant in 2019. In this role, she specializes in the appointment of CFOs and CHROs.
She has a strong executive search background, having worked with clients across a wide range of sectors. Recently, she has focused on senior functional hires across the travel, leisure, and hospitality industry at The MBS Group.
Jess’s areas of expertise encompass Executive Officers, Board of Directors and Commercial, CFO and Finance leadership, CHRO, Operations, Risk and Regulation, Sales, Strategy, and Transformation appointments on behalf of FTSE-listed, family-owned, and private equity-backed clients.
Jess earned her BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham.
