James Macedonio joined ZRG as a Managing Director for the Professional and Technology Services practice in 2023. Prior to his time with ZRG, James garnered experience as both a Digital and Analytics-focused Principal for Beecher Reagan and a Principal – Digital Transformation Leader for Rees Draper Wright.
James is adept at identifying best-in-breed candidates to meet both the functional and cultural needs of his clients. James has partnered with large enterprise, mid-market, and startup clients alike across Consulting & Professional Services, Technology, and Financial Services, and executive leaders recognize his knack for delivering in challenging talent markets.
With expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation, James has executed senior-level searches across North America, Asia, and Europe.
In his free time, James enjoys music, boxing, and sailing.
