Jim Aslaksen is a Managing Partner and Global Industrial Practice Leader at ZRG Partners. He brings over 30 years of experience to the process industries and renewable technologies markets and has carried out his work on a global scale. Jim has worked with both Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart prior to ZRG. Prior to entering the executive search field, Jim held positions in engineering, sales, and business management with industry leaders in the refining, chemical and industrial gas businesses.
Jim is deeply experienced with global “C” level and Board recruiting for EPC and process industry leaders in chemicals, refining, energy, and renewable technologies. He enjoys leading highly technical projects in today’s innovative technologies to minimize the global carbon footprint.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
