Holly Dobson
Managing Associate
Holly Dobson is a Managing Associate within the Technology Practice at ZRG Partners. In her role, she engages in the full spectrum of executive level recruitment and talent advisory activities. This includes research and development, candidate outreach and engagement, as well as client counseling in the effort to facilitate efficient and effective talent placement that matches the needs and desires of both the client and candidate.
Holly started her career as a Marketing Manager for IBM’s Credit Corporations End of Lease program. From there, her executive search experience has ranged from Talent Acquisition Recruiter at EY, HR Consultant at Leapfrog Executive Search, and Executive Search Consultant at A.T. Kearney in their Technology Practice.
Holly earned a BA degree from Texas Christian University in 1993.
