Hicham Hachkal serves as the Managing Director for Interim and HR Advisory in the Middle East and Africa at ZRG Partners. In this role, he leads the expansion of ZRG’s capabilities in these regions, leveraging his deep expertise in Human Resources to deliver exceptional talent solutions and strategic guidance to clients.
Hicham’s career spans over 25 years in HR leadership roles across diverse multinational environments. As the Founder and CEO of Linked4HR, he drove the company’s exponential growth across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Prior to ZRG, he served as an Interim Executive Consultant at Valtus, where he transformed a start-up into a world-class institute, and as Vice President of HR at Borr Drilling, leading global HR strategies and driving significant business transformations. His experience includes leadership roles at Seadrill, BG Group (now part of SHELL), and Schlumberger.
Hicham holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from Arts et Métiers and a Postgraduate in HR from IEP (Sciences Po. Paris). His robust educational background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic and operational facets of HR, which he has successfully applied throughout his career.
