Hayley Manning joined Walter James, a ZRG company, in 2018. She works closely with CEO James Absalom as his executive assistant. Additionally, Hayley manages the company operations and the wellbeing of the office, supporting the senior leadership team.

Hayley has worked in executive search for over a decade and has extensive experience providing executive assistant support to CEOs and Board Members. In addition to supporting executive search, interim, and market mapping assignments, she has also played a key role in Operations and HR.
