Gregg Davidoff joined ZRG as a Managing Director in January 2023, he comes to ZRG with over 20 years of retained executive search experience. Prior to joining ZRG, he founded Hanover Search Partners in 2006, seeing it through significant economic and global events. Prior to founding HSP, Gregg led Global Search operations for a boutique Executive Search firm in Wilmington, North Carolina. Hanover Search Partners was acquired by ZRG in January 2023.
Previous Experience
For the entirety of Gregg’s career, he has specialized in Life Science executive search. His professional efforts specifically focus on clinical trials across all phases of Drug Development and across a multitude of therapeutic areas. Gregg is considered a trusted partner by many of the foremost Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and CROs both in North America and around the world. He is recognized as a key opinion leader in the decentralized clinical trial space and is often called upon for his expertise related to talent acquisition across the Life Science continuum.
Throughout his tenure, Gregg has realized tremendous success specific to physician recruitment, in particular physicians transitioning from academia to industry, or from one industry opportunity to another. Gregg takes great pride in the longstanding relationships he has built with Life Science business leaders around the globe.
Hobbies and Interests
Originally from the NY metropolitan area, Gregg currently lives in the Colorado Rockies with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and participating in outdoor sports such as skiing, mountain biking, and pickleball. Gregg also coaches both boys’ and girls’ lacrosse at the youth and high school levels in his local community.
