Gabriel Berry
Managing Director
Gabe Berry is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Interim Solutions practice. He has significant experience supporting Fortune 500 and mid-market companies by deploying interim, project, and consulting solutions. Working with clients across a variety of industries, including consumer products, metals and mining, financial services, and life sciences, Gabe is dedicated to building relationships, understanding his customers’ needs, and partnering to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Prior to joining ZRG, Gabe worked for a publicly traded, global project-based professional services firm where he served in several roles including territory sales, market leadership, and strategic accounts leadership over a 7-year period. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at a Fortune 100 staffing and professional services firm where he specialized in Engineering staffing and consulting. While there, Gabe worked in roles of increasing responsibility from managing sales teams to branch management and eventually leading the national interim and direct-hire practices. He also led sales integrations efforts for an acquisition, helped to establish branches in new markets, and helped lead the development and deployment of an in-house CRM solution.
Gabe’s areas of expertise include interim talent solutions, direct hire, large account management, and sales leadership.
Gabe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Georgia State University.
Gabe enjoys spending time with his wife, Fernanda, and three children – Liam, Layla, and Gavin. When he’s not coaching his kids’ soccer and basketball teams; he enjoys playing golf, basketball, and running.
