Faye Roth
Principal
Faye joined ZRG in 2024 as a Principal in the Digital and Technology Officers practice. With a background as a former Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Management Consultant, Faye leverages her extensive experience in technology roles, hiring, and team building to spearhead search delivery. Possessing deep insight into technology operating models and the associated roles, she is adept at offering informed assistance and advice to both clients and colleagues.
Faye started her career at Ernst & Young where she specialized in eCommerce and CRM strategy and technology. Subsequently, she transitioned into technology leadership and transformation roles across several different industries from Energy & Utilities to Retail & Media. Following another stint in management consulting where she specialized in change management at CMG and IT turnaround at AlixPartners, Faye undertook Transformation Director and CIO roles for, River Island, McColl’s Retail Group, and CVS Group - an international veterinary services and retail group.
She possesses an innate familiarity with pivotal roles such as CIO, CISO, and CIO-1. She is also a highly experienced transformation and change leader and is thus an expert in recruiting roles such as Transformation Director and Change Director. Faye also has broad and deep professional services experience, having worked for Ernst & Young Management Consulting, AlixPartners, the Change Management Group, and ThoughtWorks. She is therefore able to offer executive search services for sales and consulting professional services roles. Focused on the retail and consumer industry for approximately the last 15 years, Faye brings a depth of industry specialization to her endeavors.
She holds a 1st class B.A. Combined Honours in French, Spanish, and Dutch from the University of Hull.
Faye is passionate about her dogs – two German Shepherds - who are fully-fledged members of the family. Additionally, she is a trained canine hydrotherapist. When not working or caring for her dogs, Faye loves running, skiing, gardening, and exploring the world of wine and whisky.
