Doug Brown joined ZRG Partners in 2017 as Principal of the Life Sciences sector. With over a decade of combined professional experience in the executive search industry, and in-house talent acquisition for a leading global business consulting firm, Doug brings a highly attuned understanding of a client’s talent needs and expectations, and implementing the best practices in executive search.
He has executed senior level searches across multiple functional areas including R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, and C-Level roles.
Doug’s clients span North America, Europe, and Asia, and include small, start-up companies and top-tier companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Additionally, his clients include devices and diagnostics, consumer health, animal health, and chemicals industries.
Previous Experience
Doug was most recently Vice President at HM LONG / RSVP Group, and before that a Director with The Stevenson Group, in the global Life Sciences Practice, where his focus was on senior level searches for all sectors in start-up, growth, and mature markets.
Prior to joining The Stevenson Group, Doug spent several years with ZS Associates, a global leader in sales and marketing consulting, outsourcing, technology and software, where he oversaw North America Talent Acquisition for the Business Technology Group. He built teams that analyzed and delivered business intelligence solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Doug began his search career at Korn Ferry International as a Research Associate.
Education
He is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with B.A. degree in English and Psychology.
