Dominique Forotti is a Principal at ZRG Partners, boasting two decades of global executive search expertise. Specializing in the aerospace, defense, and government services industries, she has also successfully conducted searches across diverse sectors such as Architecture and Design Engineering, Financial Services (Capital Markets & Asset Management), Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare Technology.
She collaborates with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from multi-billion-dollar public corporations to smaller, private equity, and venture capital-backed enterprises. Her achievements include the successful placement of executives, spanning from Vice President to CXO levels, across various functions, including Operations, Growth, Finance, Engineering, Research, and Technology.
Most recently, Dominique served as the President and Managing Director of her own search firm, Cadence Executive Search, LLC. In this role, she led business development initiatives and oversaw search execution. Over her two-decade career in executive search, she gained experience in boutique and mid-sized firms located in Washington, DC, and New York. Her professional journey commenced as an analyst in Investment Banking at Bank of America Securities and Credit Suisse.
Educated in both Europe and the U.S., Dominique earned her BA in Psychology from Boston University, where she distinguished herself as a member of the women's varsity crew team. Actively engaged in industry affiliations, she is a member of HIMSS, Federal Health, and Women in Technology. Additionally, Dominique serves on the Executive Committee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society ball.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dominique finds pleasure in global travel, tennis, and coaching the local Catholic Youth Organization tennis team. Committed to community involvement, she sits on the PTO board at her children's school, regularly volunteering in both the school and the broader Northern Virginia community. Fluent in both Spanish and French, Dominique brings a multicultural perspective to her professional and personal pursuits.
