Desiree Goldey is the Director of Talent Operations & Culture at ZRG’s Embedded Recruiting/RPO division. Bringing a wealth of experience from roles in marketing, sales, hospitality, and more, Desiree's career blossomed at Georgetown University, where she majored in International Business/Marketing.
At the heart of Desiree's professional ethos is a fervent commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB, operations and marketing. Her leadership has ignited transformative DEIB initiatives, fostering inclusive cultures and championing equitable opportunities across the board. Desiree's expertise is further shared through speaking engagements, podcasts, and publications, where she engages with leaders, employees, and candidates alike.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Desiree's personal life is rooted in Austin, TX, where she resides with her wife and their two dogs. A Philadelphia native with a penchant for adventure, Desiree invests her time in volunteer work focused on pay equity and combating homelessness, alongside enjoying high-adrenaline activities, writing, and cooking.
