Dawn Poteau is the Client Service & Program Director of the Global Executive Coaching practice at ZRG, bringing over 20 years of expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation. As a trusted business partner and insightful strategist, Dawn specializes in designing and delivering high-impact coaching programs that align with organizational objectives and drive measurable results.

Drawing from her extensive experience with global companies in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and manufacturing sectors, Dawn excels at developing and implementing comprehensive talent solutions that enhance leadership capabilities and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Her track record includes orchestrating successful business transformations, launching global engagement initiatives, and creating innovative leadership development programs that consistently exceed performance metrics.

As the Client Service & Program Director, Dawn leads the design and delivery of the Coaching Skills Learning Journey program while fostering strategic client partnerships. She brings a unique blend of program leadership and hands-on coaching expertise, ensuring that all initiatives deliver meaningful organizational impact. Dawn's approach combines deep business acumen with advanced coaching methodologies, allowing her to effectively support both individual leadership development and organizational transformation goals.

Previously, Dawn founded and led Talent Activators, LLC, specializing in helping leaders and entrepreneurs navigate successful role transitions. She has been part of the ZRG Executive Coaching cadre since 2022.

Her corporate experience includes senior leadership positions at Cooper Standard Automotive, where she established and executed global talent management strategies, and Fiat Chrysler Automotive, where she developed comprehensive leadership curricula and managed talent initiatives across the organization.

Dawn holds a master’s degree in management focusing on Strategic Leadership from New England College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Oakland University. She maintains several professional certifications, including ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Her expertise is further enhanced by certifications in various assessment tools and coaching methodologies, including the Hogan Assessment, Leadership Versatility Index, Shift+360 Assessment, and Cultural Intelligence (CQ®).

Dawn served on the Board of Visitors for Oakland University's School of Nursing and is a member of various professional organizations, including the International Coaching Federation and the Center for Transformation Coaching. Her commitment to excellence in leadership development and organizational effectiveness continues to drive innovative solutions that help clients achieve their strategic objectives
