Davonne places Chief People Officer, CHRO, Total Rewards, Talent Management & Diversity Officer, Division, and Regional roles for her clients in the Private Equity and Industrial sectors. She works across industry verticals and partners with her clients to bring the very best talent to their teams.
She prides herself on making a difference for her clients and candidates. Davonne holds a BA in English Literature from Gordon College, has completed the Mastering Talent Management certification from Penn’s Wharton School of Business and is a past board member of The Stony Brook School.
