David leads Holker Watkin, ZRG’s Strategy & Transformation division.
He is focused on strategy and transformation, helping clients hire professionals with backgrounds at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and other leading consulting firms.
Since joining the firm in 2008, he has worked with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporates across a range of industries including retail, FMCG, media, financial services, healthcare, advertising, and hospitality.
He has hired into permanent and interim / project consulting positions.
His areas of expertise include Strategy, Transformation PE Portfolio Operations, Chief of Staff, Performance Improvement, and PMO.
David has an MA in Philosophy from Durham University, UK.
