Colleen Wilson serves as a Managing Director within Interim Solutions at ZRG, bringing extensive expertise in accounting and finance with a strong emphasis on life sciences and technology. Transitioning from legacy RoseRyan, she has worked across various industries, assisting clients through all stages of the business lifecycle. Her focus has been on providing interim leadership and delivering transformative solutions tailored to each organization’s unique needs. Prior to joining RoseRyan, Colleen gained invaluable experience at American Express, where she developed a strong foundation in financial operations and strategic planning that has been instrumental to her success.
Colleen earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Florida, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex business environments and drive meaningful results. She is an active member of the CFO Leadership Council of Jacksonville, where she connects with industry leaders and stays informed on the latest trends and best practices in finance and leadership.
When not working, Colleen enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations around the world. Her passion for travel fuels her curiosity and provides fresh perspectives that she brings to her work and her clients.
