Chuck’s 30-plus years of combined experience comprises nearly two decades of executive search experience coupled with sales and marketing leadership roles in the Tech & Telecoms marketplace. Directly prior to joining ZRG, Chuck was a co-founder of a national boutique search firm, Braswell Nees Group, holding this position for over 12 years. His prior executive search experience includes key roles in the Advanced Technology Practices of both Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry International.
Chuck’s sales and marketing leadership roles have spanned verticals within the Tech & Telecoms market and included progressive responsibilities in academy organizations including AT&T/Lucent Technologies, Dell, Global Crossing, Rhythms NetConnections, and Ariba.
Chuck's operational exposure has included three IPOs, two Chapter 11 filings, and one hyper-growth situation.
