Christophe advises clients operating at the intersection between established markets and disruptive new technologies on how to identify, attract, and develop leaders with the attributes to succeed in an increasingly volatile and complex business environment.
An early career in Technology, much of it spent as a software engineer, led to a switch to executive search nearly 20 years ago.
Since then. Christophe has been a Partner in firms ranging from small specialist boutiques to the largest of the major global networks. Throughout that time, he has always been guided by one simple principle: that every client and every candidate is a valued individual, and your ability to deliver success is a function of the time you invest in those relationships.
Christophe partners with companies undergoing transformation, to align new strategy to talent.
His clients range from Private Equity-backed growth-stage investments to large publicly-traded companies spanning a broad array of sectors.
A fluent French speaker, Christophe holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from ESCP Europe and the BI Norwegian School of Business.
