Chelsea Garrett is a Managing Director within ZRG’s Global Industrial Practice. She joined ZRG after founding Garrett Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm serving international clients across industries, including Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Private Equity, and more. Garrett Search Partners has successfully completed executive-level assignments across North America, the UK, Brazil, France, Germany, South Korea, and China.
Previous Experience
Prior to founding Garrett Search Partners, Chelsea worked for two top 15 international executive search firms headquartered in Chicago. Throughout her 23-year executive search career, she has focused on the execution of C-level, Vice President, and Director searches for a broad range of small to large cap international organizations, including public, private, and PE-backed multinational firms.
Since 2000, Chelsea has recruited more than 650 executive leaders across all functional areas and built an exceptional reputation for assessing and delivering top-tier, high-impact executive talent. Her success serves as a testament to Chelsea’s search expertise, rigorous strategic approach, versatility and tenacity, and most importantly, commitment to the success of her clients across her extensive network. She consistently delivers exceptional candidate slates, fostering enduring client relationships and impacting positive change in the organizations they serve.
Chelsea is a former Board Member of IACPR (International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment), a member of WBENC, and alumna of the Executive Women’s Forum, YPO’s Accelerator program, and Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program.

Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa State University.
Hobbies and Interests
After spending 14 years in Chicago, Chelsea, her husband, and their two sons moved to the Dallas area in 2014. Chelsea enjoys reading biographies, traveling, and exploring the history of global cultures, languages, food, and architecture. She enjoys spending time with her family and is actively engaged in several local and national philanthropic organizations.
