Brooke Freeburg is the Senior Director of Talent Operations in the Embedded Recruiting division of ZRG Partners, LLC. Based in Massachusetts she has played an instrumental role in shaping the company's growth for nearly a decade.
Brooke brings a unique perspective to her role in talent operations. Her experience in the retail industry has honed her skills in client and recruiter relationship management, recruiting operations, and hiring strategy. She has a strong passion for coaching and learning and development, having spent eight years as a collegiate basketball coach.
Brooke attended Providence College, where she was a standout student-athlete, competing on the Women's Basketball and Track & Field teams. She also demonstrated her leadership abilities off the court, serving on the Student-Athlete Advisory Board while earning her bachelor’s degree in business management. She enjoys playing and watching sports, reading, cooking, and exploring local breweries with her partner and dog.
