Britney Pierce serves ZRG’s Interim Solutions Division as a Managing Director in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, office. An accomplished business development leader, she has a demonstrated history of success supporting clients within corporate accounting and finance across diverse industries.
With over a decade of experience, Britney is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving strategic growth. In her role at ZRG, she offers continuous client support, provides valuable insights into market conditions, and delivers key interim talent solutions.
Before joining ZRG, Britney served as the Managing Director of Business Development at a prominent firm known for supplying top-notch accounting and finance professionals to a range of industries. During her eleven-year tenure, she focused on building relationships with senior executives and C-suite leaders in the Twin Cities.
She brings integrity, strong critical thinking skills, and a commitment to identifying strategic solutions to her work each day. She collaborates with clients to recruit interim CFOs, CHROs, Chief Accounting Officers, Controllers, Directors of Finance, and more. Her expertise is particularly valuable in critical situations including acquisition due diligence, IPO readiness, cash forecasting, cash flow model design, SEC reporting, and technical accounting.
Britney earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
In her downtime, Britney combines her love for adventure with hosting memorable get-togethers for family and friends. She’s an avid traveler and always up for an active pursuit, with golf, hiking, and volleyball being among her top choices.
