Brian McGee serves as a Managing Director for the Embedded Recruiting/RPO business unit, bringing over three decades of recruiting expertise. His career has focused on building high-performing teams and providing recruiting solutions in mission-critical sectors such as defense, intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Prior to ZRG, Brian led recruiting at TekStream Solutions and held senior roles at SRA International and BAE Systems, where he managed talent acquisition for government clients. His experience spans surge support, incumbent captures, and targeted skillset recruitment.
Brian holds a degree from Randolph-Macon College, where he played varsity soccer. He lives in the DC Metro area with his wife, three children, and their dog, Lucky. An avid golfer and DC sports fan, Brian also enjoys attending his kids' sporting events.
