Ben joined ZRG in February 2024 as a Managing Director, leading the European Board Practice as part of the acquisition of his own executive search firm, Ignata Group. With 20 years of experience in executive search, Ben has earned an enviable reputation among clients and candidates as one of the industry’s most effective recruiters.
Ben manages board appointments on behalf of some of the most reputable and well-known blue-chips, as well as both VC and PE-backed businesses.

He is a huge sports fan and loves football, rugby, golf and Formula One. Fun fact – Ben is a classically trained flutist!
