Baldeep Bains-Toor
Principal
Baldeep Bains-Toor is a Principal with ZRG. She brings over 10 years’ experience focused on senior finance search assignments across a range of asset classes and sectors.
She started her career at the board-level search firm, Inzito Partnership, before moving to The Zygos Partnership, where she began to consolidate her focus within the Financial Officers space. Most recently, she served as Principal at True Search, where she was appointed to build out the Financial Officers practice in London.
She brings a broad and deep network across corporate, venture capital, and private equity. She has worked across the UK, mainland Europe, and the US.
Baldeep has a BA in English Language & Literature from Royal Holloway University of London.
In her free time, Baldeep enjoys painting. She is an avid Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings fan.
