Angela Hamilton serves as Managing Director at ZRG Partners, one of the fastest-growing mid-sized global search and consulting firms in the industry. A purpose-driven leader focused on building businesses and teams, Angela is passionate about helping organizations and individuals realize their potential. She first accomplished this ambition as a commercial leader, then as a talent management executive, and now as a global consulting leader.
She works with executives and management teams to plan, select, develop, and inspire their workforces. Her first step in any engagement is to partner with her client to gain a deep understanding of the business strategy, allowing her to provide an integrated approach to talent which drives performance. She has successfully brought together global teams to deliver innovative and practical solutions to challenging business and talent scenarios.
Prior to joining ZRG, Angela worked at another professional services firm specializing in executive search and consulting. She also has experience as a commercial leader at Cargill, the world’s largest privately held company. Earlier, Angela worked as a sales and marketing leader at Estée Lauder companies and began her career as a merchant at Target Corporation.

Angela is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business, for which she currently serves on the alumni board.
In her free time, Angela enjoys watching Big Ten sports, wake surfing with family and friends, long walks with her dog, and yoga.
