Andrew Dmytryk is a Managing Director at ZRG, the fastest-growing global executive search firm, where he has commercial responsibility for the development and growth of the business’s newly announced Toronto executive search practice. With 12-plus years of search experience working with major retail, finance, technology, government and telecom organizations, Andrew has deployed agile search methodologies to streamline executive placement timelines and enable high-performing corporations to attract, recruit and retain best-in-class talent.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining ZRG, Andrew was a Partner with a top global executive search firm and helped to establish a Talent Solutions Practice providing accelerated executive search delivery, interim executive search, and recruitment project solutions. In this role, he also enacted a first-of-its-kind Health and Wellness Practice for the firm, working closely with top North American cannabis organizations to accelerate their commercial growth. He recently led the placement of over 20 roles for Canada’s largest cannabis producer.
Education
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce, International Business Major. In addition, he completed his Certificate in International Business from the Grenoble Ecole de Management, where he also received his Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Business French.
Hobbies and Interests
Andrew is an avid Formula 1 fan and enjoys travelling with his wife, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and creating memories with his family and friends. As a cryptocurrency and blockchain enthusiast, he hopes to introduce this area of interest into his executive search practice as well.
