Amy Massillamany is an accomplished sales leader with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director for ZRG, Amy brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success in sales management, business development, and strategic leadership. Her dynamic career has been marked by significant contributions to each organization she has been part of, underpinned by her commitment to excellence and innovation.

Before joining ZRG, Amy was a Senior Director at RGP since 2018, where she led key initiatives in Accounting, Finance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Human Resources, and Project Management. She managed relationships across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and expanded the client base to the Northeast, Southern California, and Texas. Her previous sales roles at Compass Group and Wyndham Worldwide/RCI contributed to substantial growth in sales and customer satisfaction across diverse sectors. Amy's areas of expertise include sales management, business development, strategic leadership, accounting and finance, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), human resources, project management, and experience in both the public and private sectors.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University/Purdue University - Indianapolis. She also holds elected office in Indiana, currently serving her 13th year as a Hamilton County Councilor and was elected President in 2024. She has been a driving force in advocating for partnerships with local cities, towns, and school systems, supporting the County’s technological advancements, and spearheading a market-driven analysis of the County’s employee pay structure. She along with her fellow Council members oversee a budget of approximately $200 million and 1,200 employees.

Residing in Fishers, Indiana, with her two teenage sons, Jackson (16) and Sullivan (13), both avid travel soccer players, Amy enjoys indulging in great food, traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and watching the Indiana Pacers when she’s not working.
