Amy Geltner is Bravanti’s Vice President, Outplacement & Career Transition Operations. In her role, Amy helps companies implement change management strategies and works with clients to develop and customize resourcing strategies for employee transition and leadership development.
Amy has a wide range of leadership, organizational development, and change management skills, along with training, project management, and global implementation experience. With a background in human resources leadership, her unique blend of technology utilization and personal involvement provides a winning combination that has been an important component in her career advancement.
Prior to joining Bravanti, Amy was the Director of Organizational Development at American Hotel Register Company, a privately held global hospitality supplier. She was responsible for enterprise resource planning, development of training and coaching programs, and project management of key initiatives including sales optimization, e-commerce, and the revamping of the company’s on-boarding process and management development programs.
Prior to American Hotel Register Company, Amy worked at Canon Business Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Canon, USA. She held a variety of human resources leadership positions with increasing responsibility, culminating in her role as the Director of Training and Development. She spearheaded and created many innovative programs in training, development, succession planning, and reward/ recognition.
Amy is a graduate of University of Illinois and holds an MBA from William Howard Taft University. She was a member of the Northwest Human Resources Council and was Vice President of this organization from 2009- 2010. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, daughter, and dog.
