Alexander Maropoulos serves as a Principal within ZRG’s Global Industrial Practice. Based out of the London office, he is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience across Industrials, Real Estate, and Supply Chain. Alexander has spent the last eight years placing COOs, CFOs, MDs, President/GMs, and SVP/VP functional leaders across Finance, Marketing, Digital, Sales, HR, Legal, Operations, Development, Asset Management, Construction, and Procurement.
Operating across the UK, US, EMEA, APAC, Alexander is adept at providing solutions for complex strategic vacancies. He partners with FTSE 100 and 250 companies as well as Europe’s fastest-growing privately owned organizations as they continue to expand globally. Alexander’s interest is piqued by areas of intense innovation and disruption, including carbon emission reduction, net zero agendas, broader ESG and sustainability initiatives, and diversity, particularly in the real estate space.
Prior to joining ZRG, Alexander was a Senior Vice President at Raines International. Earlier, he served as a member of Granger Reis’s Real Estate practice for four years, where he also led the European Industrial & Commercial business. Before Granger Reis, Alexander spent four years at Sanderson, leading searches across General Insurance, Consumer Finance, Technology, and Government & Defense.
Alexander completed a Bachelor of Arts, English Language & Literature from the University of Sheffield. Later, he earned an MSc, Management & Business Administration from the University of Bath.
