Alan Walker
Principal
Alan comes to ZRG with a 25 year career in which he's managed $10 billion in principal real estate and alternative asset investments and transactions with leading global firms and regional start-ups.
He started his career on Goldman Sachs’ international trading desk in New York before going on to be an early partner and head of acquisitions at Swift Real Estate Partners in San Francisco. Later, Alan led the restructuring of regional teams and turnaround of a multi-billion dollar portfolio for Blackstone’s EQ Office.
With a proven track record and deep operational experience leading teams across functions including acquisitions (from opportunistic to core), portfolio management, asset management, capital raising, debt structuring and workouts, distressed assets, development and dispositions, Alan's deep experience is a boon to his clients.
Alan majored in International Trade at Brown University and received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
