Adriana Leal has joined ZRG Brasil as Principal within Life Sciences and Industrial practice areas to ZRG Professional, technology-driven solutions that find candidates for middle management roles. She is also responsible for those industries in the Latin American region.
Adriana has built her career in Industry and Consulting Services focused on growth projects, market analysis, and global trends. Prior to her experience in the Executive Search industry, she worked as a Business Development Manager at Frost & Sullivan, a global market consulting firm, where she participated in strategic planning projects and workshops with leading companies in the Healthcare, Automotive, Chemicals, Energy and Financial Services areas. She also collaborated at the organization of GIL “Growth, Innovation and Leadership” event in Brazil and Mexico, attended by 250 industry leaders from different industries. Previously she worked for 8 years as Marketing and Sales Executive at Siemens´ Health, Energy, Mobility and Building Technologies units.
Throughout her career, Adriana has worked between the Brazilian and Latin American markets, which has built a solid relationship with multinational and relevant national groups.
