During her tenure at Herbert Mines Associates, she orchestrated high-profile searches for a variety of clients including Dick’s Sporting Goods, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Apollo Global Management and Leonard Green Partners. Adelle's strategic foresight was honed in pivotal roles at Kurt Salmon Associates, Wenger Swiss Army, and Liz Claiborne Inc., where she navigated complex consumer dynamics and shaped transformative strategies.
