Position Summary:?

Celebrity Coaches, LLC is seeking a high-impact Chief Revenue Officer (“CRO”) to lead and scale revenue operations across all current and future portfolio companies. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that drives sustainable growth, enhances profitability, and strengthens the company’s position as the premier provider of mobile hospitality solutions in live entertainment and sports. This executive will oversee the entire revenue function, including sales, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. The CRO will collaborate closely with the CEO and private equity partners to identify new market opportunities, deepen client relationships, and establish scalable systems and processes to support growth and long-term expansion of Celebrity Coaches, LLC across the live events ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-oriented leader with a proven ability to drive business development and deliver consistent revenue growth. They possess deep experience in sales strategy, partnership development, and contract negotiation within dynamic, relationship-driven industries such as live entertainment, sports, or experiential marketing. They will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound business acumen, and the executive presence to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for creating value through innovation, collaboration, and executional excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and own the full revenue strategy across Celebrity Coaches, Bandwagon Rentals, and additional portfolio companies.

  • Partner with the CEO and investors on revenue planning, pricing, customer segmentation, and growth initiatives.

  • Develop strategic growth plans for client portfolios, including revenue forecasts, expansion opportunities, and innovative service initiatives.

  • Play a central role in commercial due diligence and post-close revenue integration for future acquisitions.

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team supporting sales, partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations.

Business Development & Client Relationships

  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging an established network of artist managers, tour and business managers, production professionals, sports executives, and brand contacts.

  • Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted partner and advocate.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and lead generation.

  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase services, tailoring proposals, quotes, and agreements to client needs.

  • Serve as the senior executive responsible for building, managing, and executing high-level client relationships across professional sports leagues, college athletic departments, artist management firms, promoters, and corporate partners.

Sales Execution & Deal Management

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term value.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, tracking active deals, ongoing conversations, and opportunities for expansion.

  • Oversee the P&L for client accounts, monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability while identifying opportunities to increase financial performance.

Market Insight & Industry Engagement

  • Maintain a pulse on entertainment and sports trends to anticipate customer needs and shape offerings.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategy.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to raise Celebrity Coaches’ profile, generate leads, and stay connected with industry developments.

  • Partner with marketing to align on campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives that drive awareness and business growth.

Operations Alignment & Execution

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution, alignment with client goals, and exceptional service delivery.

  • Maintain detailed CRM and reporting systems, track KPIs, and provide regular updates on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep industry network in live music and/or live sports, with trusted relationships across artist, tour, production, and business managers, agencies, and other key decision-makers.

  • Proven revenue leadership within entertainment services, tour support, experiential marketing, production, or related sectors.

  • Experience in a private equity–backed environment, with an understanding of investor expectations, financial discipline, and metrics-driven performance management.

  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who thrives at both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate vision into actionable results.

  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and developing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales teams and go-to-market operations.

  • Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, with the ability to inspire performance and accountability.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and represent Dreamliner at major events.

  • Bonus: Background in event transportation, logistics, or live production infrastructure.

Background Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships, preferably in transportation, entertainment, travel, or hospitality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
