Since signing the first-ever lyric licensing deal with EMI Music Publishing (now part of Sony Music Publishing) in 2005, LyricFind has grown its product suite into the global premier provider of lyric data, sync and translations. With over 60,000 publisher partners, 200,000 catalogues and 15 million song lyrics, LyricFind provides current, accurate and fully licensed lyrics to a growing list of top music platforms, including Google, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Xperi, Deezer, Pandora and more. LyricFind’s in-house premium reporting infrastructure precisely tracks and pays royalties to songwriters and rights holders on a song-by-song and territory-by-territory basis.
LyricFind’s expansion into video creation follows its acquisition of Belfast-based Rotor Videos, a platform celebrated by musicians, labels, and fans for its efficient, easy-to-use, and affordable capabilities. The acquisition evolved LyricFind’s Lyric Videos into Videos by LyricFind, enabling artists to promote music, engage fans, and reach wider audiences with high-quality videos. Rotor Videos by LyricFind helps artists, labels, and distributors create music videos, lyric videos, and album artwork with ease—no professional editing skills required. With over 15 million rights-cleared clips, customizable templates, animated overlays, and 150+ video styles, Rotor streamlines multi-platform content creation for social media, streaming services, and YouTube, reinforcing LyricFind’s commitment to innovative, accessible tools for creators worldwide.

Position Summary:?
LyricFind is seeking a Vice President of Marketing (“the VP”) to lead the company’s global marketing strategy, accelerating growth across both B2B and B2C markets. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with senior leadership, this Vice President will oversee every facet of marketing, including driving consumer campaigns for products such as Rotor Videos by LyricFind, elevating brand presence through strategic B2B initiatives, and optimizing marketing operations for scalability and impact. This leader will develop and empower a high-performing marketing team of four, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. By empowering talent and aligning resources with business priorities, the VP will ensure the team delivers measurable impact across all initiatives.
The VP will set the marketing strategy and provide leadership for the full B2C campaign lifecycle. This includes audience targeting, ad creative, sponsorships, copywriting, and performance measurement. They will also drive B2B marketing effectiveness through HubSpot CRM optimization, automation, and reporting. In addition, the VP will provide strategic direction for external PR resources, establish workflows that maximize ROI, and lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure marketing is fully aligned with company-wide objectives.
The ideal VP is a strategic, execution-driven marketing executive and hands-on leader who inspires teams to deliver measurable results. This person combines analytical rigor with creativity, using data and insights to drive innovative, high-impact campaigns. The VP excels at translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans and strategy and ensuring flawless execution across B2B and B2C initiatives. He/she empowers their team, cultivates talent, and drive cross-functional alignment, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail to elevate brand presence and accelerate growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:?
This is a multi-functional position with three core areas of responsibility:
1. B2C Marketing
- Spearhead the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that accelerate awareness, adoption, and revenue for Rotor Videos by LyricFind and other artist- and consumer-facing products.
- Own and direct the full B2C marketing lifecycle, from audience segmentation and creative development to media placement, sponsorships, and partnership activations.
- Leading by example, mentor and train the marketing team on B2C best practices, campaign strategy, and data-driven decision-making to build internal expertise and elevate overall team performance.
- Leverage consumer insights, audience data, and market trends to design and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI, with clear reporting on spend, impact, and profitability.
- Define, monitor, and report clear KPIs for all consumer initiatives, driving visibility, alignment, and accountability across the organization.
- Champion bold storytelling and brand positioning that forges deep connections with diverse audiences and strengthens LyricFind’s consumer presence globally.
2. B2B Marketing
- Drive B2B marketing strategies that expand LyricFind’s visibility and influence with music publishers, streaming services, platforms, and global partners.
- Optimize and manage HubSpot CRM workflows, reporting, and automation to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that sharpen targeting, elevate content, and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Strengthen LyricFind’s industry presence by sourcing, negotiating, and managing sponsorships, partnerships, and event activations.
- Craft compelling thought leadership, case studies, and partner-focused content that reinforces LyricFind’s market leadership.
3. Organization & Management
- Prioritize and manage marketing initiatives and interdepartmental requests to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the marketing team while guiding external PR partners to deliver bold, consistent, and high-impact brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership across all departments—including product, sales, partnerships, and operations—to integrate marketing into broader business strategies.
- Implement best-in-class processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Set the standard as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, cultivating an execution-driven, results-focused marketing culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of brand identity, advertising, digital marketing, social media strategy, and best practices across emerging digital platforms.
- Skilled in media buying, including programmatic and retargeting campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in helping build and expand a profitable SaaS business.
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and nurturing relationships across all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
- Highly analytical and ROI-driven, with the ability to translate reporting and data into actionable insights.
- Experienced in leading and developing marketing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and results-driven culture.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on executor who leads by example while also thinking strategically.
- Creative thinker with demonstrated strengths in both written and visual marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Photoshop, Google Ads, and HubSpot (or equivalent CRM/automation platforms).
Background Qualifications:
- 5+ years in senior marketing leadership with a track record of successful B2C campaign execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field preferred.
