College Coaches Skills Camp
Vice President, Marketing
Remote
Reports to Chief Executive Officer
Background:
College Coaches Skills Camp (“CCSC”) is a nationwide leader in youth sports instruction and development, specializing in high-quality, one-day instructional camps for high school athletes across eight sports: baseball, basketball, softball, football, volleyball, girls’ flag football, lacrosse, and soccer. Founded in 2009 by Division I college baseball coaches, CCSC has grown from a regional venture into a robust platform that operates over 650 events annually, with more than 65,000 athletes participating nationwide. Partnering with over 3,000 college coaches, CCSC not only provides aspiring athletes the unique opportunity to receive personalized training and engage in recruiting discussions directly with college coaches from Divisions I, II, and III but also serves as a valuable resource for coaches seeking supplementary income and direct access to prospective recruits. The company's fully remote, asset-light model, powered by proprietary operational systems, enables high efficiency and scalability, allowing CCSC to maintain strong margins while expanding its reach.
As the company seeks to strengthen its competitive position across the rapidly expanding youth sports market, CCSC has plans to diversify offerings, scale operations, and further enhance the systems supporting its nationwide network. CCSC’s growth plans come with support from Great Range Capital (“GRC”), a Kansas City based private equity firm.
