The context
Sales and revenue had been declining in its government-focused business. This publicly-held company wanted to revitalize their approach to this area of the business to increase profitability and revenue generation.
Our approach
- Facilitate a senior team alignment process (STAP) to develop a transformation strategy with key leaders.
- Create a "case for change" and a strategic business framework as the basis for organizational change.
- Help leadership team design and deliver an ongoing approach to sustaining urgency and alignment throughout the organization via virtual modules.
Results
- Developed a new sense of urgency for transforming their business.
- Learned how to take an enterprise-wide perspective and share accountability for success of the overall business.
