This episode follows my conversation with David Stanford and Chris Shaida of RealFoundations, where we established the importance and meaning of an operating platform. Tyler challenges this concept with Funnel, a multifamily prop tech company, that fundamentally changes the essential way of operating an apartment business. This has created centralization in a model that had been property centric and decentralized previously. With this centralization, new specialized support disciplines based in call centers, show the impact of leveraging AI for specific roles.
