

With a new CEO in place, the company identified four key areas where HR could better support the business and the overall strategy, and subsequently launched an HR transformation initiative. The overarching goal was to improve how the HR department delivered services as a strategic business partner, which would comprise a broad cultural shift within the organization, and elevate the roles of HR generalists to HR Business Partners. The client sought a strategic partner to provide an objective, expert approach to change management, as well as to create strategic change communications throughout the transition.
