

A global technology company faced a pressing need to strengthen its succession pipeline by accelerating the readiness of high-potential directors and senior directors for critical leadership roles.They partnered with ZRG Consulting Solutions to design a leadership development program that helped future leaders to expand their strategic thinking, operate at an enterprise level, and help advance a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
After a thorough discovery process to understand the organization's needs and priorities, we designed and facilitated an experiential 6-month Leadership Development Program for 26 high-potential director and senior director leaders from across functions and global geographies. The program focused on Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading the Business, with the intent of helping participants grow as authentic, intentional, strategic, enterprise leaders.
