The Turnkey Group was born in intercollegiate athletics. We ran athletic departments and collegiate licensing businesses before we became executive recruiters. Intercollegiate Athletics is led by Chad Chatlos. Chad specializes in senior executive searches across the sports industry with a focus on diverse roles in the ever-changing landscape of Intercollegiate Athletics. He has recently completed Power Five Head Football coaching searches for the University of Texas, South Carolina, and Arizona. In addition, Chad played a key role in assisting TurnkeyZRG with securing and completing the search for the Atlantic Coast Conference’s new Commissioner.
