ZRG Expands Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Practice with Addition of Managing Director Russell Wooten


Rochelle Park, NJ, February 16, 2023 ZRG, a US-based global talent advisory firm, welcomes Russell Wooten as Managing Director. Based in South Carolina, he will serve primarily as a member of the Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Practice and joins the firm’s Human Resources and Financial Officers practice groups as well. His fundamental areas of expertise include account management, business development, and talent solutions.

Across his search career, Russell has partnered largely with Fintech and financial services Fortune 500 companies, providing project and consulting solutions to fulfill their talent needs. He has also completed successful engagements in the areas of consumer, communication, information technology, healthcare, and energy. Some of Russell’s notable clients include Centro Inc., Men’s Warehouse, Jos. A. Bank, KDC, and Whitsons Culinary.

An adept problem-solver, Russell applies an empathetic approach to turn his clients’ biggest challenges into success stories. He most recently served Eliassen Group as Principal, Client Services and earlier worked with DeWolff, Boberg & Associates as a management consultant. He has also held Director-level roles within several professional services firms.
