ZRG Continues LATAM Expansion, Names Nestor Gonzalez-Monroy as SVP, Interim Solutions & Project Consulting

Gonzalez-Monroy brings more than 20 years of experience advising global organizations through transformation, strategic growth, and operational change. His career began in finance and evolved through senior roles at a major global consulting and project execution firm, where he supported multinational companies navigating complex, cross-border environments. Across Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia, he has partnered closely with C-suite leaders to design strategy, build operating models, and align leadership talent with business ambition.

Known for his bicultural and trilingual perspective, Gonzalez-Monroy has led high-growth initiatives, supported organizational setup in new markets, and built long-standing client relationships grounded in clarity, trust, and measurable progress. He is recognized for helping leaders move from strategy to execution with speed, discipline, and sustainable impact. Nestor holds a B.S. in Accounting from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial and an MBA from Villanova University School of Business. He is based in Houston, Texas, and spends significant time in Mexico City.
