Nestor Gonzalez-Monroy is Senior Vice President and Head of Latin America in ZRG's Interim Solutions & Project Consulting team. Nestor brings more than 20 years of experience guiding global organizations through transformation, strategic growth, and operational excellence. His work spans multiple continents and industries, shaped by a career that began in finance and continued through a major global consulting and project execution firm.

Nestor brings deep expertise in strategy development, operational setup, and leadership advisory for multinational companies. His background includes building high growth businesses, navigating complex international environments, and serving as a trusted partner and advisor to C-level leaders across Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. Known for his bicultural and trilingual perspective, he helps clients align strategic ambition with the leadership talent required to achieve it.

Throughout his career, Nestor has developed long standing client relationships grounded in insight, clarity, and a commitment to delivering measurable progress. He approaches every engagement with a focus on sustainable impact and organizational momentum.

Nestor earned his B.S. in Accounting from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial and received his Master of Business Administration from Villanova’s University School of Business.

Nestor is based in Houston, Texas and spends a fair amount of time in Mexico City, Mexico.
