ZRG Appoints Anne Loftus as Managing Director, Human Resources Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ — ZRG today announced that Anne Loftus has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its world-class CHRO practice, further strengthening ZRG’s ability to advise clients on senior HR and talent leadership needs.

Loftus brings more than 20 years of executive search experience focused on HR and talent leadership, with a track record of delivering high-impact leadership appointments across both public and private companies. Most recently, she served as a Director in Leathwaite’s New York office, where she led the firm’s North America HR practice. Prior to Leathwaite, Loftus spent more than a dozen years at Spencer Stuart in the HR search practice, including nine years as Associate Practice Leader for North America, where she helped coordinate and scale the team’s execution and client delivery.

Over the course of her career, Loftus has successfully completed hundreds of searches for senior HR leaders, including Chief Human Resource Officers, Chief Talent Officers, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and Heads of Rewards. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including professional and financial services, real estate, private equity, hospitality, retail, consumer, healthcare, and technology. Known for her sharp focus on aligning leadership capability with culture, Loftus is recognized for helping organizations optimize talent and build HR functions that support growth, transformation, and long-term performance.
She earned a BA in Economics from Smith College and is based out of Palm Beach, FL., and ZRG’s New York office.
